CANCELLATION AND PAYMENT POLICIES

• The guest can cancel free of charge until 45 days before arrival.
• Cancellation between 44 days and 7 days before arrival has a fine of 50% of the price.
• Cancellation in the last week is fined the entire amount of the reservation.

CHILDREN

• All children are welcome.
• Children 3 and above are considered adults at this property.
• There’s no capacity for cribs at this property.
• There is no capacity for extra beds in the room.
• The maximum number of children’s cots/cribs in a room is 1.

GUEST PAYMENT OPTIONS

• We accept payments via VISA, VISA Debit, MasterCard, Maestro.

HOUSE RULES

• No smoking
• No pets
• No parties
• Check out 6:00pm-11:00pm
• Tap water is not potable, please only use mineral water (coffee machine, water kettle)!
• If you forget your key card, entrance in the room will be not possible!
• If you like your room to be cleaned, it’ s extra charged (contact us)
